Patricia Louise Williamson

Patricia Louise Williamson, 86, of Akron, passed away on October 30, 2025. She was born in Akron, Ohio on February 9, 1939. She married the love of her life, Frederick Williamson, in 1960. Together they raised a family of 5 children in Firestone Park. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who valued quality time with her family. She enjoyed reading, crafting, sewing and flower gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Elva Fitch; husband Frederick; brothers William D. and Frederick S. Fitch; and grandson Nathan Williamson.

Patricia is survived by her children Eric Williamson, Andrea (Mark Hanna) Williamson, Carol (Dave) McCurry, Leslie (Mike) Schmeltzer and Sherman (Julie) Williamson; grandchildren Erica, Sean, Jenna, Niki, Tony, Patrick, Brandon, Ryan, Crystal and Trevor; great-grandchildren Avah, Oliver, Millie, Camden, Maxwell, Elliott and Lena; sisters Mary (Dave) Sandmann and Beverly Constable; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday November 5th from 10-11 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home. Funeral Services begin at 11 AM. Final resting place is Greenlawn Memorial Park.
