Omar Riley, age 36, and Shirley A. Wallis, age 33 went home to be with the Lord on December 3, 2016. They were preceded in death by their daughters, Aniyla and Shanice Riley.
Omar was also greeted in Heaven by his father, Edward Omar Riley; mother, Marie Hubbard; step-mother, Diane Riley and his grandparents.
Shirley was greeted in Heaven by her father, David M. Wallis; grandmother, Shirley Linebaugh and her brother, David G. Wallis. Omar will be dearly missed by his daughter, Shaniya Simpson; sisters, Sherese Williams, Terraine King; brother, Sherbert Smalls and a host of other family members and friends. Shirley will be dearly missed by her daughter, Shaniya Simpson; mother, Vicki Wallis and sisters, Patricia Clites, Rebecca Stanich, Carrie Sims and Dorothy Heintz and a host of other family members and friends.
Family will receive friends from 4-7 pm on Monday, December 12, 2016 with the Celebration of Life memorial service beginning at 7 pm at Celebration Church, 688 Dan St., Akron, OH 44310. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Celebration Church Shaniya Fund and Newcomer Funeral Home.
