Noel Malcomb Potts

Noel "Sonny" Potts, age 82, passed away, Tuesday, August 21, 2026. 

He was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Lauvernia Malcomb and Glenville Potts. 

Sonny was a beloved son and father. In 1963 Sonny joined the US Navy and proudly served his country. After being honorably discharged he spent many years working in construction and he loved to make things and build things with his hands. He took pride in his work and in creating things that lasted. He made his home in Akron, Ohio. He is survived by his sister, Shelia Cloud, brother, David Potts, and also survived by his children.
