Nina Kay Baker-Kelly

Nina Kay Baker-Kelly (Keller), age 72, of Uniontown, passed away, peacefully in her sleep Monday, November 10, 2025. She was born June 10, 1953 in Alliance to Clark and Grace Keller (Barrickman) and was a lifelong Ohio resident. Nina graduated from Marlington High School and went on to graduate Nursing school as an RN, then completed her Master’s of Nursing at Case Western University. Her career as a nurse included teaching at Walsh, Kent, and Akron City Hospital School of Nursing; She spent years as a Nurse Manager on the OB/Delivery Floor at Akron General Hospital and closed out her career at Hartville Meadows.

She is survived by her sister, Anita Tucker (Keller) of Alliance. Her three children, daughters, Chelsea (Douglas) Susong of Suffield and Logan Baker of Barberton; Son, Griffin (Laura) Baker of Akron; Her four grandchildren: Madison, Luke, Bryce (Susong) and Lucy (Baker) whom she adored. Her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Nina was preceded in death by her parents; Clark E. Keller who passed away in 1995 and mother Grace Irene Keller who passed in 2006; and brother, Steve Keller of Alliance who passed away in 2013. She is happy at home with all of them.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
