Milan Spengler

Milan Spengler, age 82 of Tallmadge, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on Friday, April 24, 2026. He was born on September 23, 1943 in Visnjicevo, Serbia to the late Petar and Katica {Drezjic} Spengler.

In addition to his parents, Milan was preceded in death by his brothers Draga (Elizabeth) Spengler, Danilo (Katie) Spengler, Petar Spengler and George (Ljubica) Spengler, and sisters Anica (Sava) Straajnic, Hermina Drezgic and Jelena (Ivica) Fedors.

Milan will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 49 years, Nada Spengler; children Kathy Spengler, George Spengler and Mike (Shannon) Spengler; grandchildren James, Landon, Hudson, Mila and Lael Spengler.

Milan was proud of his vegetable garden, and loved being outside in the sunshine. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

Family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305 on Friday, May 1st from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., when the funeral service will begin with Louie Pejnovich officiating.
