Michael Trace

"Dear Lord, we thank You for the years we had with our loving husband and father. We saw his reflection of You in his patience, kindness and encouragement for others. We watched him battle cancer for 15 years without any complaint, knowing that this was Your plan for his life. We thank You for ending his suffering and taking him into Your loving arms on Sunday, April 26, 2015 after 66 years on this earth. We are happy that now he can speak, eat, walk and laugh with his family that went before him. We know he is waiting to receive the rest of his loving family in Heaven in His proper time."

Mike valued his 30 years at Ardmore, Inc. along with fulfilling his life long dream of owning Clearwater Canoe Outfitters and Lodge in Grand Marais, MN.

Mike leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Peggy, his children, Ben, Adam, Alicia Mowry, and their spouses, Jon and Dawn. He has five wonderful grandchildren, Kyle, Isaiah, Adrian, Lexie and Makenna. He also leaves his sister, Christy and brother, Steve and their family's.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm at Tallmadge First Church of God, 464 N. East Ave. Tallmadge, Ohio 44278. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ardmore Foundation, 981 E. Market St. Akron, Ohio 44305.
