Melodie A. Tickle

Melodie "Nan" Tickle Schultz, 58, went Home to the Lord October 28, 2017. Nan was deeply loved by so many people and she will be dearly missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Mary Etta Leichliter. She is survived by husband, David T. Schultz; children, Richard James (Kresnt) Tickle and Gena (Jeff) Schultz; grandchildren, Tyler, Kali, Kiersten and Kaidence Tickle, David, Carter and Lennox Schultz; sister, April (Mike) Jarvis; brothers, Samuel Irvin, James (Dottie), David (Rexanna) Leichliter; great-grandchild, Kyah and many nieces, nephews and special friends, Anne and Walt Keith and Katie (Grant & Alex) Dettling.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 3-6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Family and friends may also visit on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 1 pm until time of funeral service at 2 pm at Springfield Baptist Church, 1920 Krumroy Rd., Akron, Oh 44312 with Pastor Larry Baldridge officiating.
