Mary V. Barber, 92, of Tallmadge, went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2014. She was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on August 20, 1921 to the late Louis and Rose Delaney. Mary was a resident of Tallmadge for over 50 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Barber; daughter, Patricia Barber Lammers; and siblings, Maynard, Rose, Sadie, and Mamie. She will be deeply missed by her children, Jan Barber-Hemphill, David (Judy) Barber, and Doug (Jacquie) Barber; siblings, Dorothy, Joe, Roy, Margaret, and Betty; grandchildren, Tony, Jenna, Jason, Andrew, Mike, and Angela; great-grandchildren, Raven, Cody, Chase, Lilly, Adalyn, Ryan, and Patrick; many nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service will be held for the family. She will be laid to rest at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
