Mary L. Gibitz, 89, of Tallmadge, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2014.
During WWII, Mary worked at Firestone Aircraft as a "Rosie the Riveter". She loved cooking, gardening, and especially loved her Andrea Bocelli music.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond.
She is survived by sons, James (Dana), Mark (Paula), and Kevin (Renita); grandchildren, Jason (Melissa), Joshua, and Rebecca; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Madeline, Kiersten, and Victoria; and special friend, Florence.
Special thanks to the staff at the Hospice Care Center for their care and support during Mary's illness. Per Mary's wishes, services will be private.
