Mary E. Jarvis

Mary E. Jarvis, 84, of Atwater, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015. Mary was born in Akron, Ohio on July 18, 1930 to the late Robert and Lois Lynch. Mary retired from Rogers Manufacturing. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Atwater for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren and family. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald; son, Kenneth Paul Jarvis; sisters, Esther Lynch, Audrey Woodling, and Donna Hopkins. She is survived by her children, Wayne (Sandra) Jarvis Marjorie (Robert) Murphy, Robert T. (Darlene) Jarvis and Linda (Jack) Hammel; 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; brother, Richard Lynch; sisters, Jean Christy and Doris Fisher. Family and friends may call on, Monday, July 13 from 11am to 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services will follow at 1pm. Interment at Atwater Cemetery.
