Mary Arnett

On November 23, 2014 Maria Commisso Arnett left this material world to be embraced by her Lord and Savior in her eternal life. She had a wonderful sense of humor which she maintained through the course of her illness. In 1958, Mary and her family moved from Gioiosa Marina, Italy to Akron, Ohio. In 1970 Mary graduated from Central Hower as a dental assistant with outstanding grades. She worked in retail and in various restaurants. Her passions were music, fashion, shopping and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; Immacolata and Rocco Commisso. Mary leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Carrie Arnett and grandson Arron Gianni Young of Reno, Nevada; son, Christopher Arnett of Sacramento, California. She leaves four siblings; Esther (Rodney) Yeargin of Akron, Ted Commisso of Mogadore, Adele Commisso Tubbs and Rosa Commisso, both of Akron, and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Copley Health Center and Select Care Specialty Hospital. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the House of the Lord, 1650 Diagonal Rd. Akron, OH from 5:30-6:30. Memorial Service will follow at 6:30.
