He is survived by his loving wife of 2 ½ years, Shirley; children, David Hoover, Linda (Gary) Baker, Sandy (Robert) Selzer, and Brenda Hoover; step-children, Dwight Baker, Dwane Baker, Diana Baker, and Denise Baker; and grandchildren, Andrew Hoover, Jennifer Hoover, and Joshua Midcap. Cremation has taken place.
