He was preceded in death by his fathers, Clyde Alvis and Glen Snyder; brothers, Mark and Glen Jr., sisters, Linda, Sandy, Donna.
He is survived by his wife, Denese; sons, Michael (Mary) Hobbs, Daniel (Jessica) Hobbs, Jonathan (Holly) Dexter; daughter, Kayla Auman; grandchildren, William, Shawn, Gabriel, Alexis; 19 brothers and sisters.
Calling hours will be on Sunday, October 9, from 1-3 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a memorial service following at 3 PM.
