Marlene Rae Kunselman

Marlene Rae Kunselman (Chew), 81, went home to be with the Lord on September 16, 2016 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was a graduate of Ellet High School, a lifelong member of the Church of God (Anderson, IN), and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Dorothy Chew. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Donald; sons, Don (Reba) and Alan (Martha); daughter, Lori (Emil) Chadima; grandchildren, Brett, Grant, Craig, Curtis, Cara, Emil and Josh; great-grandchildren, Augustine, Sterling, and Emil; brother, Bill (Marie) Chew; and 4 nieces.

Family and friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, OH on Friday, September 23, 2016 from 5-7pm followed by a celebration of life service at 7pm.
