Marjorie H. Clevinger, 92, of Akron, passed away November 25, 2012. She was born in Braxton County, WV on August 30, 1920 to the late Sherman and Gay Carter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave; brothers, Billy, Nelson, Bradford and Herbert Carter; sisters, Shirley Young and Garnet Vaughn. Marjorie is survived by her sister, Marlene Mace; many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, November 29, from 6-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Friday, November 30 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Barry Creekmore officiating. Interment at Sycamore Baptist Cemetery, Grantsville, WV.
