Margaret J. Bever

Margaret J. Bever, 88, of Akron, enter into eternal rest on Monday, February 16, 2015. Margaret was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on October 16, 1926 to the late Ralph and Sarah Snyder. Margaret retired from Tallmadge K-mart. She loved to cook and watch the food network and spend time with family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Decker; brothers, Frank and Bob; sisters, Lena, Ted, Cora and Jenny. Margaret is survived by son, Ken (Daphne) Bever, daughter, Beverly Decker, son, Ronald (Debra) Bever, son, David (Sherry) Bever, and daughter, Bonnie (Steve) Bednar; grandchildren, Kenny, Kerry, Michael, Stacy, Ron Jr., Rick, Heather, Chad, David Jr., Joshua, Amanda and Jennifer; 26 great grandchildern; five great great grandchildren; two great great great grandchildren and sister, Violet Bower. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Atul Goswami and staff and the 4th floor staff at Akron General Medical Center. In honoring Margaret's wishes cremation has taken place and family and friends may celebrate her life on, Friday, February 20, 2015 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where a memorial service will follow at 7:00pm.
