Lucille Chester

Lucille Chester, 97, of Atwater, passed away August 27, 2014 after suffering a stroke. She was born in Akron, Ohio on June 4, 1917 to the late William and Alma Lutz. Lucille was blessed with excellent health and wellness throughout her long life. She graduated from East High School and, in her teens, began as a production worker at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Akron. Lucille retired after 53 years of service and was recipient of the company's third highest service award. She enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and Niagara Falls as well as spending as much time with her family as possible.

In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by 5 sisters. She is survived by Son, Bill and Jeannie (Daughter-in-law) Chester, Grandsons, Steve Chester and Matthew Chester, Great Granddaughter, Brittany, along with many Relatives and Friends.

Honoring Lucille's final wishes, there will be no services. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Randolph.
