Her late husband Paul always referred to Lottie as his "rose" while he was her "thorn".

In addition to her parents, Lottie was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hoff; siblings, Wanda (Nathan) Parris, Joe Johnson, James Johnson; sister-in-law, Carol Hoff. She will be sadly missed by her children, Dawn Hoff (Paul Guran), Steve (Chantel) Hoff, Michael (Andrea) Hoff; grandchildren, Phillip, Riley, Spencer, Gracie, Kelley, Jacob, Veronica; 3 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Carol Johnson; many special nieces and nephews; close friend, Sharon Risenhoover.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at U. S. Renal in Kent for their loving care of Lottie during the past two years.

There will be a celebration of Lottie's life at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Lottie's name to the charity of their choice.

The thorn and the rose are now together forever.
