Lorraine D. Roe, 70, of Kent, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014, with her loving family by her side.
She was born August 26, 1944 to the late William and Bonnie Oles (nee Harris). Lorraine worked at Kent State University for 30 years, most recently as the Administrative Assistant to the director of the Health Center. After retiring, she traveled with her husband across the country. She enjoyed motorcycling and cruising classic cars.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert B. Roe; beloved daughter, Beth Roe (Douglas Cline); and nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Homer.
Per Lorraine's request, cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held.
