Loretta Lebarre

Loretta LeBarre, 83, of Akron, passed away September 26, 2014. Loretta was born in Akron, Ohio on August 2, 1931 to the late Ernest and Carrie McEwen. In her free time she enjoyed sewing and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Barry Wells; grandson, Adam Jenkins. Loretta is survived by her husband of 35 years, Derrill; children, Cookie (Brad) Black, Merri Lynn (Butch) Jenkins, Kevin (Marilyn) Wells and Brian (Ruth) Wells; step-children, Rod LeBarre and Becky Motz; 18 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren; brother, Dave (Martha) McEwen and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends. In honoring Loretta's wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no calling hours or services.
