Laura Wensel, 65, of Akron, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015, after a brief battle of cancer.
Laura was the wife of William Wensel for 18 happy years. She retired from Ohio desk company in June 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents Leon (Lois) Baker; brother Leon Baker and nephew Darren Smith. Laura leaves behind her beloved Husband William; sons, Ronald (Laura) , Donald (Traci) Swain; Bill and Jamie Wensel; sisters Brenda (Shorty), Darlene (Dennis) ; 6 grandchildren; a host of nieces , nephews and friends, and not to forget her 2 dogs Maggie, and Macey. Laura loved deeply, She was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday July 22, 2015, from 5pm to 8pm at 131 North Canton Rd, Akron OH, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Cremation Services,Akron Chapel.
