Lary D. Freudeman

December 24, 1950 — November 1, 2020

Lary D. Freudeman, 69, went Home to be with the Lord on November 1, 2020. Born in Akron, he was a lifelong area resident. Lary was a U. S. Army Veteran, proudly serving his country, including a tour in Viet Nam. He greatly enjoyed fishing with his wife and grandkids, watching football and other sports, attending his grandchildren's sporting events and spending time with his family and friends.

Preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; parents, Robert Freudeman, Patricia Thacker. He will be sadly missed by children, Lary, Justin (Christy) and Carrie Freudeman, Hope, Kyle, Chuck and Sarah Miller; grandchildren, Nate, Jesse, Tyler, Aiyana, Luke, Carolina, William, Madilynn, Sydney, Lyvia, Justin, Brandon, Brady, A.J., Nadia; great granddaughter, Nova; siblings, Bob (Linda), Gary (Beth), Cindy (Danny) Meadows, Lynn (Grover) White, Lori Thacker, Norma (Blake) Shay, Laura (Ron) Luchuck; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visit Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Newcomer, Akron Chapel, 131 N. Canton Rd., A Celebration of Lary's Life will immediately follow at 4 p.m.. Please expect to wear masks and practice social distancing guidelines. Interment will take place at a later date at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
