Larry Perrot went home peacefully with the Lord on May 4, 2026. Larry was a devoted father, grandfather, an avid fisherman, and a lifelong lover of the outdoors.
He was the proud father of four girls, who were the center of his world. He raised them with strength, devotion, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. His love, fortitude, and guidance will live on through each of them.
Larry was best known for his love of fishing, spending countless hours on Mogadore Lake. He found peace on the water, relaxing and getting things off of his mind. Fishing wasn’t just a hobby for Larry- it was part of who he was.
Larry took pride in being a grandpa. He cherished time with his grandkids, sharing with them his love for the outdoors. He loved the simple things like a good milkshake, camping, and anywhere with a fishing hole.
He will be remembered for his fighting strength, his love for his family, and the peacefulness he found on the lake.
In his memory, the family encourages others to spend time outdoors, cast a line, and think of him by the water.
He was preceded by his father, Rudy Perrot, and his mother Betty Jane Perrot. His sister, Sandy Webb.
He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Sherman (Matt), Melanie Mills (Mike), Taylor Zupancic (Jake), Michelle Bogard (Jimmy). Larry lives on through his grandchildren; Kamrynn, Madison, Ryland, Myla, Brixon, James, Gavin, and Ellie. He is also survived by his Fiancé, Holly Nagy, his brother, Gary Perrot, his cousin Carolyn Dunlavy, his former spouse Teresa Perrot, and his loyal companion, Tucker {dog}.
There will be a visitation hour at Newcomer Funeral Home on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 2pm to 3pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3pm at Newcomer Funeral Home.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff of T3 ICU at Summa Hospital for their compassionate care, kindness, and support during Larry's final days. A special thank you to his long-time primary care physician Dr. Bryan O'Connell.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him.
