Kenneth Swiger
November 4, 1948 — January 26, 2017
Kenneth Swiger "Weasel" 68 of Kent, passed away at home Thursday January 26, 2017 surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer. Kenny was born November 4, 1948 in Akron, OH. He attended Field High School and was a Vietnam Veteran. In his younger years he was known as a great mechanic. He loved to watch old TV shows or spend time catching up with high school friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Phyllis Lanari; sister, Vicki (John) Tabaka; brother, John (Rusti) Lanari; nieces and a nephew; and daughter, Kimberly Moore. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Swiger; grandmothers, Lourella Litz Carrier and Nola Swiger Miller. A special thank you to Hospice Care for the wonderful care given to the family. Per Kenneth's request, there will be no calling hours.
