Kenneth E. Blake, 59, of Akron, passed away September 1, 2014. Kenneth was born in Akron, Ohio, on March 10, 1955. Kenneth retired from U.S. Postal Service after 33 years of service. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Clarence. He is survived by sons, Kenneth Blake, and Keith (Tara) Blake; daughter, Melissa (Mark) Bell; host of grandchildren; mother, Pearl Blake; brother, Richard (Carole) Blake. Family and friends may call on Friday, September 5, 2014 from 4pm to 6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Road, Akron, where funeral services follow at 6:00 pm.
