A proud graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, Karen’s vibrant personality and grace were evident early on, crowned as "Miss Cinderella 1971" in her hometown of Youngstown. This recognition captured her charming spirit and her ability to light up a room, qualities that would define her throughout her life.
Karen devoted many years to her career as a Foreman at General Motors, where she demonstrated leadership and commitment, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and respect among her peers. Her work ethic and dedication were a testament to her character—steadfast, diligent, and caring.
Known fondly as Kandy to her friends and family, she was truly a friend of all and a lover of many. Her warmth, generosity, and infectious smile made her a beloved figure in her community and among her loved ones. She embraced her roles as mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother with pride and joy, cherishing every moment with her family.
