Karalee Lynn Lutz, "Kara", age 32, of Springfield Twp., died on Thursday, September 15, 2016.
She was born on January 21, 1984 in Akron, the daughter of David and Keverlyn Weinsheimer Pickering, with whom she lived.
Kara was a graduate of Springfield High School and Brown Mackey College where she attained a Medical Assistant Associates Degree. She liked to make crafts and swim.
Other than her parents, Karalee is survived by her children, Kyla and Kayleena Laughlin, and Dylan Varner; her sister, Brittany (Scott Nealis) Pickering; her brother, Kelly Ray Deem; her niece, Baylee Nealis; fiance, Darren Varner; grandmother, Lois Taylor Pickering; her friend, Robert John Laughlin; her aunts and uncles, Vicki (J D) Williams, John (Cheryl) Weinsheimer, Jack (Lois) Weinsheimer, Don Pickering and Ron Pickering; several cousins; and other nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44305, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Thursday, September 22, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
Kara will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery in Randolph Township, Ohio.
