Joy L. Lapinskas

Joy L. Lapinskas, 84, passed away peacefully May 19, 2025. Born in Akron, Ohio to John and Dorothy (Harper) Day, she resided in both the Akron and Navarre areas during her life. Joy enjoyed dancing, playing cards and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Joy was preceded in death by her son, John "Jay" Hyde. She will be sadly missed by her husband, Roland Lapinskas; children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Per Joy's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal services. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Joy's name to the Veteran's organization of their choice.
