On March 20th 2026 Joseph William Krueger Jr., Affectionately remembered as Joe, departed this earth and entered into the hall of legends.
Joe loved many things in this life, but few more than family, football, work, video games, his lawnmower, and a good conversation that usually ended in a debate. Joe was skilled at making his point known, and always put forth an articulate argument to sway naysayers and doubters.
Joe was a skilled tradesman and finished his Associates Degree in Automation Engineering from Kent State University. Joe worked at several companies over the years and was a dedicated and proficient employee. Joe often spoke of the value of trades and hard work and what he considered old school values. His work ethic was always a central point of his character.
In his spare time Joe enjoyed video games and in the warmer months it was common to find him on his tractor cutting grass. Joe enjoyed many simple things in life but was very far from being a simple person. Joe evolved an incredible amount throughout his life, but the things he loved remained constant throughout.
Family was also extremely important to Joe and he would often go out of his way to help in any way that he could with anything that he could. Over the years his close family grew in non-conventional ways and Joe accepted all into their roles regardless, his blended family adding brothers Justin and Chris Green, sister Ashley Green, child Jacob Tucker and Becky Green fulfilling the role of additional mom. Joe held several people very close to him through his life and those dear to his heart knew it.
Joe was the eldest of four siblings and was preceded in death by his father Joseph Krueger Sr. Joe leaves behind two children, A son, Joseph William Krueger III, a daughter, Kylie Lassiter, a mother, Lesha Riffle, brother Jason Krueger and wife Shelley, brother Chris Krueger, sister Danielle Hayes, and several close family members.
Throughout this life Joe loved fiercely, protected tirelessly, and worked endlessly for all those that he cared for. Today with his great work finished, we lay him to rest and wait until we meet again. We love you Joe.
