Joseph C. Isaac

Joseph C. Isaac, 72, of Akron passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026. A lifelong resident of northeast Ohio, he was born to the late Jack D. and Mary I. {Mayreis} Isaac on March 24, 1954.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Murfy.

Joe is survived by his son Dustin Isaac; granddaughter Makenzi Isaac; sisters Laura "Jean" Simms and Rosemary Hansen; 3 nieces; and 2 nephews and their families.

Joe was a unique guy, beloved for his sense of humor and talent for music. He was always tinkering with something, especially musical equipment. Joe played several instruments throughout the years, and his carefree spirit lent to many friendships with fellow musicians.
