John Edward McFadden

John Edward McFadden, born February 13, 1949, passed away on August 31, 2026.

John will be remembered with love for the life he shared with those closest to him. He was married to Anita for 51 years, a lasting partnership that stood at the center of his life. He enjoyed going to Moody Blues concerts with his wife and family, making happy memories through music and time together. He also loved the three dogs he had during his marriage, companions that brought him great joy over the years. John was also a proud United States Army veteran, and that service remained an important part of his life and identity.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Houk, and her husband, Glenn Houk; his sister, Evelyn May Farley, and her husband, Al Farley; his sisters-in-law, Marlene McFadden and Beth McFadden; and his brother-in-law, Michael Huryn; his neighbor's Mary Ann Williams, her husband Bart, and Rose Filigno. He leaves behind family members who will carry his memory forward with affection and gratitude for the time they shared with him.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Theresa McFadden; his brothers, Bill and Bob McFadden; and his sister, Eileen Huryn.
