John Ambrose, Sr., 89, died June 7, 2009. It is ended. His temporary life on earth is over. Now the promises he read can be claimed, like 1 Corinthians 2:9. A pilgrim and a wanderer, he can now have a home. And his aging body, by the shed blood on Calvary, will yield to a glorified body. He will dwell, as promised, in the New Jerusalem, Isiah 62:3, where there will be no tears, mourning, death nor sorrow. And he will enjoy the happiness of the redeemed, Ephesians 3:15. How certain. Death, where is thy sting, grave, where is thy victory. 1 Corinthians. vs. 55, 56. He is survived by his wife, Lena; and son, John, Jr. Burial has already taken place at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
