Jessica R. Burdeshaw 35, went home to be with the Lord on August 1, 2015. She was a lifelong resident of the Akron area, and a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. Jessica graduated from Akron Institute earning an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting, continuing her education at Sanford Brown Institute for Sonography. Her true passion was to become an Ultrasound Technician where she was employed by Mobilex USA. She enjoyed being around people and touched everyone's lives that came into contact with her. Her primary goal in life was to make sure her children were happy and had everything they needed.
She was preceded in death by her father, John D. Burdeshaw. Jessica leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Jaaziah and Amiah; mother, Pamela Chasteen; siblings, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Tish, Torie, Taylor and Toya; beloved grandmother, Joan Burdeshaw; close friends; Danea Grier, Dwayne and Jamila Mitchell; and several nieces, nephews, God-children, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday August 8, 2015 at 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home 131 N. Canton Rd. Akron, OH 44305. Friends may visit the chapel between 10-11am.
