Jeremy Hahn

Jeremy Michael Hahn passed away on February 26, 2015. He was born on September 10, 1971 to proud parents Jill and Denny Hahn. He was a unique man with diverse talent and interests, who was very easy to like and laugh with. He loved being with friends, of which he had many. Jeremy influenced people in many ways, and those who knew him were better by the experience. His charisma and his music defined him as a person. Jeremy is survived by his fiancée, Bev Erickson; parents, Jill and Denny; daughter, Hannah; niece, Kennedy; sister, Stephanie; grandmother, Delores Hahn; many other loving relatives and too many friends to count. In lieu of sorrow, please remember a happier time and laugh with Jeremy once more. "Love one another babies" We all love you.
