Jeffrey S. Hamilton

Jeffrey S. Hamilton, 54, of Mogadore, passed away March 12, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jeff was born on July 8, 1962 and resided in the area most of his life. Jeff was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoors man that was always on the go. When Jeff was at home he spent the majority of his time entertaining and cooking for anyone that would let him. He was often known as our "short-order cook". He spent most of his adult life very involved in his children's lives with coaching and was never afraid to get his hands dirty. He was a faithful, honest man, a loving husband, an amazing father and a friend to anyone.

Jeff is preceded in death by his father, Carl Hamilton, and his sister, Pamela Wyatt.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 32 years, Wendy; children, Scott (Jess) Hamilton and Chelsie Graham; mother, Carolyn Wyatt; grandchild, CJ Graham, and brother, Greg Hamilton.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. The celebration of Jeff's life will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am also at the funeral home and he will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery in Randolph.
