Janet "Toot" M. Wingard, 73, of Akron, passed away surrounded by family and friends on March 3, 2014. She was born in Akron on July 24, 1940 to the late Howard and Edna Vaughn.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas; brother, Robert Vaughn. Janet is survived by her daughter, Tina Sentelik; sons, Robert and Russell Bell, Billy (Kelly) Wingard; sisters, Carol (Bob) Harp and Phyllis "Babe" Grant; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, March 11, from 5-7 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd.
