Janet A. Loughrey

Janet A. Loughrey, 71, of Stow, passed away on Thursday Dec. 7, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born in Kittanning, PA to the late William and Gladys (Grafton) Milligan, and lived in the Warren/Cortland Ohio area for 35+ years, where she worked at Packard Electric . Janet loved bingo, Las Vegas, football (especially her Steelers), and her dog, Sammy. Everyone who speaks of her refers to her as "One tough woman".

Janet was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband, Richard D. Loughrey of Kittanning, PA, sister, Joyce Toy; and brother, Bill Milligan. The light of her life was her two children, Rich (Hollie) Loughrey and Mary Markulis (Clint Roach); and her many grandchildren- John, Nick, Erica and Greg Markulis, Curtis (Dezi) Loughrey, Micah and Klayton Roach, Monique, Kyle and Corey Hull, and finally her two great grandchildren, Dante and Conner Loughrey. She also leaves to cherish her memory, fiancé of 8 years, Frank Baughman, whom she loved ever so dearly; siblings, Judy (Dennis) Wall, Joan (Bernard) Cogley, Ed(Mary Ann) Milligan; in-laws, Blaine Toy, Ella Milligan, Terry (Coleen) Loughrey, Gary (Cathy) Loughrey and Debbie (Rick) Hileman, along with many nieces and nephews.

Per Janet's insistence, cremation has taken place and a private burial in Kittanning, PA, will follow.
