James Victor "Jim" Westberg Jr.

James V. "Jim" Westberg Jr., 60, of Streetsboro, passed into Heaven on October 13, 2026. He was born on March 24, 1966 to the late James V. Sr. and Ruth Westberg.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brother Bruce Westberg, sister Jane Ruth Westberg and nephew Michael Dancik.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Sharon "Shari" Westberg; children Andrew (Sarah Kropf) Carlson, Amanda (Bryan) Bednarski, William Carlson, Ashley Gillenwater and Jacqueline "Jackie" Westberg; grandchildren Jordan Bednarski, Bryleigh Bednarski, Oliviana Bednarski, Gavin Gillenwater and Geneva Gillenwater; sisters, Nancy (Dan) Antanaitis and June Kittle; nephew Christian (Heather) Dancik; niece Laura Kathleen Antanaitis (Matt Virgil); and their families.

Jim had a warm and inviting spirit; he was caring, loving, kind, encouraging and generous, especially with his time and skill set. He was always willing to help anyone in need, and could fix or repair almost anything. Jim was the life of the party, very sociable and fun to be with, and was known for his love of cooking and math abilities. He was a fighter and never gave up, even in the end when his health became a challenge. Jim will be truly missed by all that know and love him, and will be remembered fondly.
