James Robert Bennett Sr.
James Robert Bennett Sr., 80, of Suffield, passed away suddenly on December 31, 2015. He was born in Wirt County, West Virginia on June 1, 1935 to the late Samuel and Amma Bennett.
James served in the U.S. Army and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company after 42 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary; sons, Thomas Wayne Moss and James Bennett Jr. (Kimberly); brother, George Bennett; grandchildren, Christopher Moss, Kristy (Justin) Savarino, Nicole Bennett, and Samuel Bennett; great-grandson, Tyler Savarino.
Visitation will be Monday, January 4, 2016 from 1-3:45 p.m. followed by a 3:45 p.m. Masonic service and a 4:00 p.m. memorial service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
