James Fred Mccray Iii
January 7, 1954 — January 28, 2018
James Fred McCray III, 64, went home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2018. He was a graduate of Central Hower High School (Class of 1972). James retired from A. Schulman Plastics after 30+ years of service. He was the proud owner of McCray's Painting for 16 years. James was preceded in death by his parents, James Sr. and Beatrice McCray, and brother, James McCray Jr. He is survived by his 3 children; daughters, Geneva McCray, Jacquelyn (Duane) Harris, and son, Jerome McCray; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; 3 brothers; special uncle and aunt, Mr. Izell and Merle Redwine; and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank family and friends for prayers and condolences, and an extended thank you to Summa Hospice. Per James' request, cremation has already taken place. No services will be held. Condolences may be addressed to 755 Bisson Ave., Akron, OH 44307. A repass will be held at a later date.
