James E. Martin, 79, of Akron, passed away May 6, 2009. He was a part owner of Mogadore Auto Wrecking for 43 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and parents. He will be missed by his family and friends. Family and friends may call TODAY from 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd. Visitation on Saturday from 9-10 followed by a 10 a.m. funeral service at Akron Springfield Church of the Brethren, 3500 Albrecht Ave. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
