James Reed Brown

James Reed Brown, 74, of Stow, passed away on January 25, 2026 at Autumnwood Nursing Home. He was born in Barberton on April 10, 1951 to the late Wilmer and Hazel {Smith} Brown.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife Diana Brown and brother Floyd Brown.

Jim is survived by his loving companion, Sharon; daughter, Tracy Keith; granddaughters Andrea and Hannah.

Jim was a proud veteran of the United States Army. After his honorable discharge, he held several positions over the course of his career, finally retiring as a roofer for Ladham Construction.
