James A. Selman

James Selman, 90, of Akron, passed away November 14, 2013. He was born in Boggs WV on July 23, 1923 to the late Rufus and Bessie Selman. Jim was a member of Calvary Gospel Temple.
James is survived by his loving wife, Beulah, of 41 years; daughters, Sue (Don) Chronister, Nilene Imke, Marlene (Stan) Ward, Nancy Fabian; 9 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; brothers Don, Carl and Olan.
Family and friends may call on Sunday, November 17, from 2-4 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held on Monday, November 18 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Timothy Ehlers officiating. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery, Akron, OH.
