Jake Hillis, 76, of Akron, passed away November 2, 2013. He was born in Nashville, TN on August 21, 1937 to the late Orie and Pauline Hillis.
Jake is survived by his children, Wayne (Kelly), Terrie (Gary) Thayer, Michael, Jackie (Chad) Mitchell; many grandchildren and a great-grandchild and his special friends at McDonald's.
A memorial service will be held at the Summit County Sherrif's Training Center, 2825 Greensburg Rd., Uniontown, OH on Satruday, November 9 at 9 a.m. with Rev. Glenn George officiating.
