Hollie Christine Bridge

Hollie Christine Bridge, age 66, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on September 23, 2026, in Akron. She was born on November 12, 1959, in Atwater, Ohio.

Hollie will be remembered as a loving mother who loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. Her family was the center of her life, and she found deep purpose in being there for them, caring for them, and helping with whatever they needed. She was known for her silly personality and for the joy she brought to others with her sense of humor and warmth.

She enjoyed many simple and meaningful pleasures throughout her life, including gardening, caring for her pet fish, reading, crocheting, making crafts, and cooking. Above all, she treasured time spent with her beloved fur babies and with the family she loved so dearly.

Hollie is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, John Bridge. She also leaves behind her children, Robert Kidney, Aaron Kidney, Christina Pfautz (Tommy Pfautz), and Jonathan (Samantha) Bridge. Her memory will be cherished by her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Bobby, and Tori Kidney; Benjamin and Mackenzie Pfautz; Jaiden Colson; and Riley and Morgan Bridge. She is also survived by her sister, Shelly Mines, and by Jim and Linda Kaley.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Kaley; her father, Robert Kaley; her sister, Terry Kaley - Dolan; and her brother, Shawn Dunn.

In keeping with Hollie’s wishes, she will be cremated, and a private ceremony will be held at the convenience of her family.

Hollie’s love, laughter, and devotion to those closest to her will be held in the hearts of her family always.
