HILDA (LORRAINE) HENDRICKSON
Hilda (Lorraine) Hendrickson, of Akron, passed away July 10, 2001 at Akron General Medical Center after a lengthy illness. "To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die." She was born November 28, 1923 in Akron, Ohio to Earl & Dora Dietz and lived here most of her life. She retired from Rogers Manufacturing where she served as President of the Union for 9 years. Preceding her in death were her father, Earl Dietz and her sister Doris Newman. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 58 years, Jim Hendrickson; mother Dora Diets of Cincinnati; sons Jimmy (Sandy), Kenny (Tina), Eric (Bev); daughters Sandy Griggs, Donna (Mike) Trivonovich, Pat Beaver (Joe Kirkpatrick), Sherri (Dave) Eldreth; brother Earl Dietz of Green; sister Shirley (Tom) DiNuscio of Cincinnati; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; very special friend of 56 years, Aunt Blanche. Friends may call Friday from 6 - 8 p.m. at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Nancy Taylor officiating. Interment at East Liberty Cemetery.
