Hertha Poling, 88, of Akron, passed away June 29, 2012. She was born in Vienna, Austria on January 13, 1924 to the late Francis and Gabriella Bukva. Hertha loved yard sales, canning, but most of all taking care of her boys.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frances; son, Albert.
Hertha is survived by her sons, Francis, Glite, Paul, David, Dennis, Everett and Charles; grandchild, Garret; great-grandchild, Kaleb.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, July 5 from 5-7 PM at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral services will be held Friday, July 6 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Fleary Spurlock officiating.
Burial at Hillside Memorial Park.
