Grant W. Wood, 54, of Akron, passed away unexpectedly November 7, 2016. He attended Manchester schools and lived in Portage Lakes his entire life. He loved the water, being outdoors and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, William and Jean Wood, Grant was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife Darla Hostler.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Derek (Jessica), Dane, Dylan, and Amelia; grandchildren, Kody, Kaden, and Keira; sister, Ann; and many family members and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
