Glenn R. Williams, 84, of Tallmadge, passed away on October 7, 2015. He was born on September 29, 1931 in Spencer, Ohio to the late Benjamin and Grace (White) Williams. Glenn loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by thirteen siblings. He was a loving father to his six children: Glenn, Benjamin (deceased), Larry, Dean, Margie (Don) Wilson, and Michael (Janet). He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A funeral service will be held TODAY, Friday, October 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park.
