Geraldine V. "Dee" Scott, 71, passed away on July 2, 2012. Dee enjoyed shopping and playing Bingo. She was a very caring and loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include husband, Lyle Babe; sons, Patrick Martin, Larry (Madeline) Scott, Jr.; daughters, Kathrine Martin, Lori (Danny) Shaw; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 2 sisters; and many friends in Akron. She will be greatly missed by everyone who surrounded her.
Calling hours will be Saturday, 10 am to 12 pm, at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, with a funeral service to follow at 12 pm. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
